APPORTIONED GIVING:
MISSIONAL SUPPORT THROUGH
THE UNITED METHODIST CONNECTION

One of the defining factors of the United Methodist Church is that we are Connectional. One of the ways this is lived out is through apportioned giving. Apportioned giving is simply a congregation’s fair share of financial support allowing us to participate in the ministry of the United Methodist Church locally and around the world. Below we explain each of the Local, Regional and World ministry areas that we participate in through our Conference and District apportionments.
