As part of our church's calling to disciple youth, we want to engage them in every level of servant-leadership in the life of our church, providing training and processing at each level and mentoring to help them grow into the next level of service. Our vision is that when our youth leave for college and/or enter the working world the most natural thing will be for them to seek out an area of Christian servant-leadership in a local church, campus ministry, fraternity/sorority, etc.!

Level 1 Service is an area of service in/with the church where evidence of spiritual growth is not necessarily a prerequisite. The goal is to get youth engaged in the life of the church and in ministry partnership with adult Christians.

Level 2 Service is an area of teaching and small group ministry where a beginning evidence of spiritual growth is needed, but no previous leadership role is required. The goal is to get youth who are ready engaged in the life of the church by serving alongside an adult in a beginning leadership role with kids.
