    Hard Places in Cambodia Partnership

    Psalm 27: 10-14

    10 Even if my father and mother abandon me,
        the Lord will hold me close.

    11 Teach me how to live, O Lord.
        Lead me along the right path,
        for my enemies are waiting for me.
    12 Do not let me fall into their hands.
        For they accuse me of things I’ve never done;
        with every breath they threaten me with violence.
    13 Yet I am confident I will see the Lord’s goodness
        while I am here in the land of the living.

    14 Wait patiently for the Lord.
        Be brave and courageous.
        Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.

    Psalm 91:14-16

    14 The Lord says, “I will rescue those who love me.
        I will protect those who trust in my name.
    15 When they call on me, I will answer;
        I will be with them in trouble.
        I will rescue and honor them.
    16 I will reward them with a long life
        and give them my salvation.”

    God Almighty,  we pray for the Hard Places ministry and their mission, “to see justice prevail, pain redeemed, hope reborn, and life restored in the hearts of those the world deems to be the most broken” and their vision, “to bring hope to the hopeless in the darkest corners of this world”.  Thank you for this ministry and the heart of your people who serve through it.  We pray for those working to save the children and the lost in Cambodia that you would always be with them and protect them as they work to bring Jesus to those in Cambodia.  We also pray for those in Cambodia who do not know you, adults and children alike.  Lord help them open their hearts to you and help them understand your love for them.  Save them Lord, be their God and protect them.  May you be glorified as those who previously were slaves to evil shout your name, and become a stronghold against your enemies to silence the foe and avenger.  In the mighty name of Jesus we pray.  AMEN
